Sarah was our beautiful baby girl born on the 22nd of january at 11am weighing 3lbs 12ozs.She was
just over 3 weeks early but decided to make her entry into the world.She meant the world to myself
her dad and her big sister katelyn.Sadly Sarah's time with us on earth wasn't very long only 3 hours
and 20 minutes.But in this time we got to hold her kiss her bath and change her,but most of all we
got to tell her how much we loved her.These precious memories we will have forever in our hearts.God
had other plans for our little girl,he needed some more beautiful little angels in heaven and he
chose our special little girl.Although Sarah's time on earth was short but she touched a lot of
peoples hearts and for that we're very grateful.Sleep well our little angel until we meet
again.Loved and remembered always xxx.
Sarah was born with anencephaly a neural tube defect.Myself and my partner Stuart were really
excited going in for a routine scan like all parents.Everything seemed to be going well until it got
to Sarahs head.I knew by the nurses face that there was something wrong.It was then we were told the
worst news any parent could get.We were told that our unborn baby girls skull hadn't developed fully
and that there was no chance of survival outside the womb.Things after that are some what a blur.I
just remember leaving the hospital craddled in Stuarts arms both of us crying our eyes out.
The doctor did offer for me to go in and have Sarah terminated which i declined straight away.There
was no doubt in my mind i was going to carry my little girl for as long as she let me.She was my
baby my flesh and blood and nobody was going to take that away from me.I felt every kick every punch
every movement this little girl made.At the start it was a bit upsetting for us but as time went by
we treasured every movement.We knew we were keeping her safe growing inside me.I am so proud of my
little girl for choosing us to be her parents.And for the brave fight she faught so we could have
our time with her.
Sarah lived for 3 hours and 20 minutes bless her little heart.It is very rare for babies with her
condition to survive delivery and those that do usually only live for seconds.I still thank her for
her brave little fight she was so beautiful.We miss her so much but have no regrets.Her tiny little
footprints have left a big imprint in our hearts and the hearts of others.We are special we have a
beautiful little angel in heaven watching over us and protecting us.And for that we are so blessed
and thank god every day.Rest in peace boo and sweet dreams.
Im going to tell you something, I hope you'll never have to know
I'll tell you how a heart can break and tears can constant flow
We lost our baby girl you see, An angel in our eyes!!
God chose to take her hand one day and led her to the skies
But please dont forget our child, she was a person too and forever
she will live inside of me and you
So please dont ever tell me that time will heal our pain because not
even time can bring her back again!!
Just tell me that shes happy
In the land way up above
And snuggled in an angels wings
And wrapped in mummys love xxx

Sarah was our baby girl
We loved her from the start
She left us when she was 3hrs old
It almost broke our hearts
We wanted just to watch her grow
and flourish in our care
But we knew that it was not to be
Because Heaven needed her there
She closed her eyes and went to sleep
We kissed her tenderly
We thought of all the things we'd planned
But they were never meant to be
The gates of heaven opened wide
And our sweet Sarah stepped inside
She's now with the angels in a special place
We will always remember her beautiful face
We think of you our beautiful Daughter
Light hearted happy and free
Playing in Gods promised land
where there's joy eternally
We thank the Lord for giving us
The gift of loving you
And from now until the end of time
We will go on loving you.

The day you left broke our hearts
and the tears fell like rain,
but knowing that you now have wings
helps to ease the pain.

We know now when the snow falls
it is Angel dust from you
and when we see a shooting star
our Angel just passed through.

The rain drops do not make us sad
for they are not tears,
but sprinkles of love falling down,

The winter cold has even changed,
Jack Frost no longer exists,
it's now a visit from our Angel
and he's left a special gift.
